Jeff Ewer

Jeff is proud of his five and a half years serving in the Army, half of which were spent as a jumpmaster in the 82nd Airborne Division. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University in Environmental Planning.

Jeff and his wife, Amanda, have been blessed with seven children and seven grandchildren.  He moved his family to Bloomington 18 years ago pursuing his career in construction estimating and project management. In 2009, his life path diverted from construction into small business ownership as the Menards delivery service which grew into an interstate trucking company. In 2021 Jeff returned to his third-generation construction roots and started Bloomington Home Services. Working alongside his father-in-law, a consummate craftsman and stair builder, Jeff gained hands-on knowledge (and some of his tools).

At Barberry, Jeff strives to uphold the tradition and love for detail and craftsmanship that is his heritage.
